Supported Living

Helping Adults Live Independently With the Right Level of Support

At AESN Care, we offer flexible supported living arrangements for adults who want to live as independently as possible — with care and support tailored to their unique needs.

Our supported living services combine the safety of professional care with the freedom of independent living. We work with individuals who may have autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, physical disabilities, or complex conditions, and who benefit from living in their own home with the right level of staff support.

What Makes Us Different

AESN Care stands out because of our experienced and qualified staff, individualized support plans, and focus on skill development. Our team comprises highly trained and dedicated professionals with extensive experience supporting adults with special needs. We tailor our services to each resident’s specific needs, learning styles, and goals, ensuring a successful and fulfilling experience. Our programs go beyond daily living skills and focus on developing life skills for greater independence

What is Supported Living?

Supported living means that a person has their own tenancy (or shares a home with others) and receives regular support from our trained team. Unlike residential care, supported living offers:

  • More independence and control over daily life
  • Personalised care plans based on individual needs and preferences
  • Choice over routines, food, activities, and visitors
  • Greater privacy and autonomy with support available as needed

We work closely with housing providers, local authorities, and families to create environments where people feel safe, included, and empowered.

What We Offer in Our Supported Living Services

AESN Care provides:

  • 24/7 staffing or part-time support depending on assessed need
  • Help with personal care, routines, and medication
  • Meal preparation and nutritional support
  • Community access support – travel training, appointments, social outings
  • Help with budgeting, tenancy management, and domestic tasks
  • Positive behaviour support and emotional wellbeing
  • Support with education, volunteering, or employment opportunities
  • Culturally appropriate care based on language, background, and faith

We create person-centred care plans and review them regularly with the individual and their support circle.

Our Supported Living Properties

Our homes are designed to be:

  • Comfortable, safe, and well-located

  • Shared or single occupancy

  • Adapted for sensory needs, mobility, or personal preferences

  • Managed with dignity, respect, and personal ownership in mind

We currently operate supported living homes in London, with future expansion across England. We accept referrals for individuals aged 18 and above.
