A 10K morning for the people we support, and the community behind AESN Care
Run, walk or volunteer alongside London's Nepali running community. Every entry helps fund inclusive activities for adults with learning disabilities in Ealing, and a running track for young athletes in Nepal.

75% — Running Track Project, Nepal
Supports the build of a proper running track for young athletes in Nepal, a training surface that this event's own community grew up without.

Why a care provider sponsors a 10K
AESN Care delivers personalised support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex conditions — this race puts real funding behind exactly that community.
Funding our own specialism
Ealing Mencap's work with local adults with learning disabilities sits directly alongside what our own care teams do every day.
Community over campaign
Built by Nepal Run UK and London's Nepali running clubs — the same community networks AESN Care works within.
Open to everyone
Runners, walkers, families and volunteers are all welcome — no personal best required to take part.

What do I need to register?
Your personal details, date of birth, an emergency contact, your t-shirt size, and — if you're a club runner — your England Athletics Club URN (find it at ea-registration-check.myathletics.uk).
I'm not part of a running club — can I still enter?
Yes. Select "None" under club affiliation on the form; the race is open to unaffiliated runners, walkers and families of all abilities.
What if I can't attend on the day?
Choose the Virtual Entry. Complete your 10K wherever you are, submit your result, and you'll still receive the official finisher medal and event shirt.
How is the route?
A 10K loop in and around Northala Fields Park's distinctive man-made mounds — mixed grass and path underfoot, so trail-friendly trainers are worth considering.
See you at the start line, 1st November
Registration closes once capacity is reached. Secure your place, pick your club discount if you have one, and lock in the Early Bird rate while it lasts.
