Job Overview

AESN Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in residential, supported living, and community care settings. The successful candidate will assist clients with daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care tailored to individual needs.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support clients with mobility and transferring safely.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding where required.
• Administer or assist with medication following company procedures.
• Maintain accurate care records and daily reports.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Encourage independence and participation in daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Follow safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights.
• Right to work in the UK (or eligible to obtain sponsorship if applicable).
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health & Social Care is advantageous.
