At AESN Care, we provide respectful, consistent, and person-centred care for adults with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC). We understand that each autistic person experiences the world differently — so we take the time to get to know the individual first, not just the diagnosis.
Our goal is to create a calm, predictable, and empowering environment where individuals can thrive, communicate in their own way, and build confidence in their daily life.
Our Approach to Autism Support
We recognise that people with autism may need support with sensory regulation, communication, transitions, social interaction, or emotional regulation. Our support is always shaped around the person’s unique strengths, routines, preferences, and goals.
Whether support is needed in the person’s own home, in the community, or in a supported living placement, we can tailor care to meet:
- Low-arousal, structured environments
- Routine-based daily planning
- Communication preferences (e.g. non-verbal, pictorial, written)
- Time and space for processing
- Safety during times of anxiety, stress, or overload
We aim to reduce anxiety, support independence, and promote choice and control.
